Refund policy

We want you to love your order. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Items must be unused and in original unopened packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and hair care products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items: Contact us within 30 days at hello@kbeautyshelf.com with your order number and photo. We will refund or replace at no cost.

Refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
