How does the adjustable wrap work?
The support bands come forward from the back and fasten below the bust. As you tighten them the wide straps are drawn back across your shoulders, and you choose how firm that feels — the fastening has several settings rather than one fixed position. The main bra body has its own fit and closure structure; the wrap is a separate support adjustment.
Does this bra correct posture or treat back pain?
While you wear it, tightening the wrap draws the wide straps back across your shoulders — that is how the hold feels different from a plain elastic band. It is a fit effect, not a medical one. This is an everyday support garment, not a treatment: we do not claim permanent posture correction or pain relief, and for posture concerns or persistent discomfort please speak to a qualified health professional.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, then directly beneath your bust, keeping the tape level, and use both numbers with the size guide. Please don’t order by your usual dress size or by the S–2XL label alone. Between two sizes, take the larger one — the wrap works best when the band sits firm without digging in.
Can I wear it for exercise?
The design is intended for everyday support. We have not verified performance for running or other high-impact exercise. Use a suitable sports bra for those activities.
How should I care for it?
The bra is machine washable. Always follow the care label inside your own garment — it takes priority over anything written on this page.
