Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at hello@kbeautyshelf.com.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all UK orders over £40.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders outside the UK, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are beyond our control.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

K-Beauty Shelf is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@kbeautyshelf.com.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. K-Beauty Shelf is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you notice an error — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
